[hl] Unknown CMake command “set_as_hdll”?

I want to install hashlink in my ubuntu 18. everything seem ok ,but sqlite.hdll is missing.

then I jump to libs ,try to use cmake to build ,but it’s fail

how to build and install sqlite.hdll in ubuntu?
