Translate a very small lib from rust to haxe

Hello,

Can anyone help me on rewriting this compression api from rust to haxe ?

Only those two fonctions are to be coded in haxe : compress and decompress.

I’d love to donate for this kind of work.

There’s one thing about the code : the buffer should use haxe.io.Bytes.
