Is there a procedure when a PR was done an haxelib but unanswered ?
(bug fix in or to make it compatible with the latest Haxe version).
To claim ownership or to change the source repo ?

Try bumping the PR. Was it just closed or ignored?
Also how old is the pr? A week or two might sound long when you’re making the pr, but the author might not have had time to review it yet.

Yes ignored so far.
So i assume by your answers that there is no agreed/written procedure.
I will wait longer and bump harder
