Hi everyone.
I don’t know if this will interest people here. But I’ve been working on a new programming language. It’s a fairly ordinary OO language behind the scenes, but turns OO “inside out”, meaning it reorganises the way the code looks to the programmer. Making the focus, a small, tightly coupled network of classes I call an “assemblage”, rather than the individual class.
I was already using Haxe for some other music software projects (thanks to its transpilation capabilities, I needed these projects to be C++ and JS and Python) so I realised Haxe would again be great as a compilation target.
Right now it’s very experimental but you can compile small example programs (like the … er … Pong game) into Haxe and OpenFL.
Anyway, if you’re into new languages and thinking about coding, check it out : https://wchnt.com/
I’m looking for feedback and suggestions. It’s still very early days, but eventually I hope it’s robust enough that I’ll be able to use it for some real apps.

(Note : The compiler itself is written in Clojure, so you’ll need that installed to be able to compile into Haxe. )
