I’m no expert, but as far as I know there’s no official or semi-official build for Android. For that you need to compile Haxe from source on Android to be able to even use its compiler/interpreter.
Haxe itself is written in OCaml, here is the build instructions to compile it from source. Even if you manage to build and run OCaml on Android, it’ll probably take a crazy amount of dedication, experimentation, and configuration to successfully build and run Haxe.
There are a few threads here and on OCaml’s discussion board regarding the matter, but those are quite old threads, and it does not seem that anybody ever succeeded.
