Want to send my email and maybe phone with only the @addressee or maybe also the Forum admin(s) being able to read?

If you click on a member’s avatar there’s a Message button which you can use to send a private direct message.

If you really want to be sure don’t send any private info on the first message, and if you can’t see it without being connected you’ll know you used the right functionality.
