Haxelib install haxelib

I did haxelib install haxelib in cmd because I couldnt find the polymod it said i needed to build my mod. now anytime i try to use haxelib command, it says Error: HAXEPATH environment variable not defined, please run haxesetup.exe first
I searched the entirety of my files for haxesetup.exe but I can’t find it. I even tried reinstalling (64 bit binary), but it didn’t work. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Try running haxelib --system remove haxelib.
