HaxeDevelop app man error?

Hi. I try to install HaxeFlixel template for HaxeDevelop but my App man says :“Item list couldn’t be downloaded”. How to fix that? My HD version is 5.3.3.1. It’s a fresh intall. Nothing reinstalled and all that. Also I’ve check my net framework version. It’s 4.5 on Windows 10
