hi new here, I’ve been have a issues trying to get haxe to run and for some reason the program won’t open
if you double-click Haxe.exe and see a black window open and instantly disappear, then “usually” nothing is wrong and everything is working as expected.
Haxe.exe doesn’t have a window, it doesn’t come with an editor or an IDE, it’s just a command line tool and that’s what most of them do when double clicking.
Take a look at Getting Started | HaxeFlixel 2D Game Engine to set up your environment (note: there are other frameworks and HaxeFlixel is not a requirement for using Haxe, but it gives you a nice start)
