A few weeks ago I changed the system architecture, but after that the compiler stopped working…
The compiler just sits there doing nothing, it can go on for hours and there’s not even any progress
any suggestion?
I also tried to reinstall everything, but it didn’t work

Had the same problem before, upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 fixed the problem.
Note that Windows 7 is a 13 year old OS, and it’s probable it won’t work with most programs.
Microsoft’s support for Windows 7 ended a couple of years ago in January 2020. It no longer receives security updates, which puts you at risk. Additionally, software vendors are unlikely to test with Windows 7 anymore, and it should be expected that things will start to break. You should upgrade to a newer version of Windows.
