Since 1992 (believe it or not), we’ve been consulting clients on all things software. Most of our practice – then, and now – consists of “rescuing” projects that have run into serious trouble and that are, well, “presently on fire.” Whether or not we ultimately provide all or part of the technical resources needed to achieve the rescue, we provide the vision and the direction – then hand the project back to the client.
