Last time I have problems with haxelib dependencies installation. No ping to haxelib server.
I can’t ping it either, but I can load it in a browser just fine.
Maybe there is a firewall blocking ICMP packets, so it might be intentional.
A download via TCP and a ping via ICMP are two different services using two different protocols. Given that ping doesn’t work, while web access works just fine (on my end), leads me to believe that pings might have been turned off. It might also be a misconfiguration of ICMP / firrewall / etc.
What I’m saying is: Whatever the reason, it makes ping tests useless for determining haxelib availability.
