Is it possible to create an OCaml target for Haxe?

Currently I am working on a project, that could benefit from a true functional language’s parallel computation a lot, but when I’m intimidated by OCaml syntax.
Of any Haxe targets I’m not aware of any that could naturally take advantage of genuine functional programming parallelism, so the very thing why Haxe compiles so fast(because it’s written in OCaml) is not available to us, Haxe developers. The question is if it is possible to create an OCaml target for Haxe, or it’s virtually impossible, because Haxe itself is written in OCaml?
