Haxelib setup default directory changed?

Did the default directory for haxelib change recently? This is on Debian. I could’ve sworn that the first time I installed Haxe a while ago and ran haxelib setup that the default it offered was ~/haxelib, but upon installing rc5 yesterday on a new machine and running haxelib setup it offered a default of /usr/lib/haxe/lib.

Thanks, Aleksandr. I must’ve manually specified ~/haxelib on my other system the first time (then it was saved in ~/.haxelib) and forgotten.
